Nabla Group, represented by Philippe Gomes, Luxembourg City, Luxembourg. Email: nablasupport@gmail.com. This policy follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Luxembourg law.
When you register we process your email or phone number, display name, @username, bio, profile photos, language, gender, date of birth and match preferences. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Chats, photos, voice notes, polls, reactions and stories are stored so they can be delivered. Messages are sent in their original language, without automatic translation. Stories disappear after 24 hours; self-destructing messages are deleted when they expire. Calls are connected directly between devices (WebRTC); we only store who called whom, when and for how long.
Only with your permission, G-Chat uses your device location to show nearby places (within 400 m to 2 km) and people. Nearby places are looked up via Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.); your coordinates are sent for that search. With Ghost Mode, your position is shown to others only approximately. You can withdraw the permission at any time in your device settings.
Camera and microphone are used only when you take a photo, record a voice note or start a call. Push notifications are sent only if you allow them; we store a technical device token for that purpose.
Match is available from age 16 only. We store whom you liked or passed. Other people only see a like from you if they like you back (match), or in your own match history.
When you chat with Nabla AI, your messages are sent to an AI model provider to generate the answer and stored in your AI chat history. You can delete this history at any time in the app.
Credits (e.g. Mega Match) are paid through our payment provider. We do not store card details; we only receive a confirmation and the number of credits purchased.
Necessary storage keeps you signed in and saves your settings (language, theme, cookie choice). Only if you choose "Accept all", we load the Google Ads tag (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure whether an ad led to an app installation, and collect anonymous usage events to improve the app. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by clearing the site data. More: business.safety.google/privacy
If you report or block someone, we store the report to protect the community and enforce our rules against bullying (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data is hosted by our cloud provider within secured data centres. Where data is transferred outside the EU (e.g. Google, AI provider), this is based on EU standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.
We keep your data as long as your account exists. You can delete your account in Settings; your profile, messages and photos are then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep certain records.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and to withdraw consent. Contact nablasupport@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.public.lu).
